Resize "Image with text overlay" for mobile - Prestige theme

Hi team,

How can I crop a desktop image to mobile when using the “image with text overlay”. I have an image I would like to use but when cropped for mobile it crops out the main part of the image as that part is too far right.

Thank you for that, it’s a little too small as I would still like the image to be dominant on the mobile screen. It’s not imperative that the whole photo is shown just the backpack. No problems if there is no work around, I might look at a different image to use.
