- My website says “Checkout is currently unavailable due to technical problems. Please try again in a few minutes.” everytime a customer tries to checkout or add an item to their cart. I’m currently having a sale and this is preventing me from receiving any orders, does anyone know what I can do?

Today I am making some adjustments to my Shopify dawn theme. I edited the code to try to make some adjustments for my feature about deleting items in the cart. This results in some weird situations:

My website keeps throwing an error 500 code if I try to add the product to my cart. The error happens even though I deleted my adjustment code!

Even if I used my backup theme the error 500 still exists. I also tried an entirely new theme, but the error is still there. It happens for all devices even if I tried another laptop, browser, cellphone, etc.

I can’t even create a new product or delete a new product on the Shopify end and the error message still exists.
I am not sure maybe I messed up the server in Shopify end for my website? If that is the case, how I can get the help

You may want to check the Shopify Status page to see if there is an on-going outage. This page is updated frequently so be sure to check back from time to time.

Hi, I have the same problem. Whenever i try to login to my store from my computer it’s just saying “the page you’re looking for could not be found”. And when I try on the app on my phone it says to check the internet connexion. And our customers can access to the website but cannot place orders. Please help, I have already sent an e-mail but really need this to be solved fast

But I guess stuff breaks though.
I am getting two error messages at the top of the screen when I try to purchase a shipping label for a recent order. All info is correct.
"There was a problem buying shipping labels
Review order details and try again."
and
“There is another shipping label being purchased for this order. Please try again later.”
There is no other label being purchased for this order. I am the only one who fulfills orders and this has not been fulfilled yet. I think it’s a bug. Anyone can help asap? Thanks!
