Return address needs to be different from ship from zipcode

Hello. On the shipping label, Is there any way to have a return address (for example in Rochester, NY) but it will be shipped from a zip code in North Carolina? We need to pay postage from the NC address but if there are any returns for any reason, it will need to be sent to Rochester, NY. Please tell me how to set that up in Shopify shipping.
