Return Request Approval Email

Hello, could someone please help this make sense.

I have customized this email template to be sent to a customer when i approve a return request, however the email that was actually sent to the customer is different.

This is the email that actually gets sent to the customer which is not what i want sent

First picture looks like an edited version of the approval email. Second looks like an edited version of return label created email… They are 2 completely separate emails.

i cant find where to customize the return label is ready template

Settings → Notifications → Customer Notifications… is where you’ll find all the standard customer notifications. For returns, scroll down, second to last section.

This is interesting. Have you been doing all this in the Email app?

I have found the template and was able to edit it. The template is called Edit Order-level return label created the description says “Sent when you create a return label from the order page (US only)” I am in Australia so I didn’t think this template would work for my store - however it does.
