Reviewed Store with Lots of Traffic but 0 Sales

Hello!

I’ve been running my one product Shopify store for 3 weeks now. I have been running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (mainly) to drive traffic to the store.

I have over 3,000 visits in the 3 weeks but 0 sales. The add to cart and checkout data is also extremely low (1-2% or less).

For the records, I’m based in Spain, but targeting the English speaking community, trying to sell in countries like the UK and the USA. I have also tried targeting other European countries as well as middle eastern countries.

I’m spending around 50-80 USD in ads daily, driving 400-800 visits to the store daily but with pretty much 0 adds to cart and obviously 0 conversions. My ads metrics are good, with decent CTR.

I’m not sure what I am doing wrong as the store seems fine, prices are on the “low-end” and the product seems to be demanded as per tiktok and google trends.

PD: 95% of my traffic comes on cell phones.

Thanks in advance!

Hi there @FemmeFinds

I am Garcia, an CRO expert at PageFly. I’ve reviewed your store and identified some key areas for improvement based on my expertise and data-driven insights.

1. Homepage:

  • Hero Banner: While the animation concept is promising, the current GIF resolution hinders its impact. Upgrading to a high-quality visual will instantly enhance user engagement and brand perception.

  • Content Expansion: Consider adding strategic sections to cultivate trust and inform visitors. Think about incorporating:
  • “About Us” section showcasing your brand’s story and values
  • “Benefit Bar” highlighting key customer advantages

2. Product page:

While simplicity is important, the current product pages might lack essential details needed to build trust and encourage purchase. Consider adding sections like:

  • Detailed Specifications: Provide comprehensive information about dimensions, materials, features, and functionalities.

Example:

  • Benefit-Focused Descriptions: Highlight key product features and translate them into tangible benefits for the customer.

Example:

  • High-Quality Images & Videos: Showcase your products from various angles and in use scenarios to enhance visual appeal and understanding.
  • Social Proof: Include customer reviews, ratings, or awards to build trust and encourage purchase decisions.

3. Additional tips:

  • Testing is key: A/B test different variations of these recommendations to see what resonates best with your audience.
  • Focus on benefits: Communicate clearly how your products solve customer problems and address their needs.
  • Build trust: Provide ample information, social proof, and clear calls to action to guide visitors towards conversion.

Hope this can help you in improving your store and get more sales!

Cheers,
Garcia
