I’ve set up the integration between shopify and Royal Mail and it’s saying connected. But it’s not pulling through any orders. Used this previously with WIx so was hoping to utilise again. Anyone any idea why it’s not working!

Hey folks! I recommend contacting the app developers for the integration you are using as they will be the ones with insight into any issues you might be having. The app developers will also be able to report any integration issues with Shopify to our developers for further support.
