Sale price coming off after order

I’m not sure where to post this, but I’m having a problem with setting sale prices using “compare at” (not discounts). It is setting the prices fine for various products, but as soon as we have an order, the product comes off sale and reverts to the original price. The customer ordering gets the sale price, but then it’s apparently no longer on sale until I reset it using “compare at” again. Any help on what’s going on with this and how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

If possible, please email replies to kimjury@shaw.ca as the other email goes to the owner who does not manage the site.

Much appreciated,

Kim

Hello,

May I please have your site url?

Thank you

Hi, @kimj1

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Shopify Community!

Unfortunately, I can’t send you an email, however, I hope this finds you well.

I need some clarification about the process you have described above. To ensure I understand, are you saying the customer-facing process works fine? They add the product to the cart, purchase it, and receive the correct price. However, on the bank-end the price changes?

If that is what you are experiencing, are you using any apps that access your product prices? For example, dropshipping apps.

It would be helpful if you could provide your store’s domain so we can take a look and test the process as a customer.

I look forward to your response!
