I am starting my business and I can’t figure out why sales tax is not included at the check out.
It only shows the product price and shipping.
The checkbox of all below are not checked as shown below.
Any other reasons why?

Ok, I think I figured it out. From what I can tell, you need an “EIN” to collect taxes. I went to my state’s business webpage and requested an EIN and it was free and took about 15 minutes. All I needed was a form of ID. Once that was completed, I went to the tax section on shopify and in the “Manage sales tax collection” section, I typed “United States” then I went and entered my state and EIN in the section on that page. Once I did that, the tax showed up in my store.

Thank you, I had a similar challenge, but was able to find the solution by going to the settings Taxes & Duties, then selecting the Regional Settings, then inputting my state and EIN number and that did the trick. Things are always changing on these online platforms, always interesting trying to figure things out from discussions and dealing with the platform modifications. I had the same issue.
Make sure each product has the collect tax option selected on the product page (or variant option). You can do this in bulk edit as well.
Check the region settings. Tax collection may only be set up in your state and not others. So you might need to select each state or region and enable tax collection. (Check with your accountant if you need to collect in every state - it is usually a sales threshold)
(For me) Estimated Taxes will only show up when the entered address is in a region (state) where I have tax collection selected and enabled. [Settings>Taxes and duties>Regional settings - US>Region you’re collecting in (section)]

Are you able to provide us with some more context around what you’re describing? Any chance you can provide us with a screenshot of what you’re seeing, and what you’re expecting to see instead?
one other thing to check…make sure your product’s shipping setting that the box “this is a physical product” is checked.
