Someone used our and many other shopify agencies name to send from fraudulent/temporary emails, we also published a disclaimer long back: Disclaimer/Alert – Flickkon

We have been hunting them and have also filed a legal case against involved parties. Thank you!

Just incase somebody happens to stumble upon this, a rule of thumb is that any mail account with gmail in it that claims to be from the official Shopify site is FAKE and should simply be disregarded.

Good morning, unfortunately I completely understand.

I came with a winning store. Within a month without great marketing, my store grew to making $4-$5k. I expected the store excel even more after taking care of my customers. Then I get an email stating my payout is frozen.

Unfortunately, I wait on the payout to get customers products but Shopify froze it two days before Christmas. Then terminated my store without warning one day before Christmas. Now I get no response from the activation. Customers are still emailing about their products. I am heart broken. I am still fighting for the store worked so hard to create. Shopify is a great platform besides this event. Be careful and God bless.
