I am a customer and when I try to purchase online via Spotify platforms my email has someone else’s bank details and address.
I can purchase using their details and change the address to mine. Obviously I haven’t done this!! Also where are my bank details now.

does anyone know how I can get this sorted out. And if there is a person I can contact. Otherwise I think I have to go to the police.

Hello there Hannah @HannahBertram have you tried getting in touch with Shopify support yet? You can also send an email to both Shopify and the bank which their details are contained on if possible.

I tried the various support links but they all seem to be AI bots. Do you know what the email address is as that would be super helpful. Thanks
