As the title says, our sessions and sales have suddenly plummeted since January 9th and we’re not sure what’s going on. We know GA4 and Meta pixel integrations need to be move to their respective sales channels by February, but we’re confused why that’d be affecting things now. This is the same thing that happened to our store when Google moved away from universal analytics to the new GA4 setup. Could it be part of that or something else that’s changed? I’ve been on with support and they just say that everything looks fine and is operational…but obviously something is going on. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I’ve also reached out to google support but my only option was to create a post in the discussions- no call/chat options were available.
Same problem, everything is bad, no one from support helps, they write that everything is ok. Who knows how to solve this problem? Global changes in analytics that negatively affect sales. I’m at a loss.
