Shipping fee doesnt appear on checkout

Hello, a customer just ordered and shipping fee wasn’t included in the payment. It used to appear before and now its gone. Any help to bring it back?

It sounds like your store might have a condition set where orders above ₱10,000 qualify for free shipping, which is why the shipping fee is only showing up for orders below that amount. To adjust this condition and ensure the shipping fee is applied correctly, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Shipping and Delivery Settings:

In your Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery.

  1. Review Shipping Rates:

Under the Shipping section, check the General shipping rates or any specific shipping profiles you’ve created.

  1. Edit the Free Shipping Condition:

Locate the condition that applies free shipping to orders over ₱10,000. If you want to remove this condition, click on Edit and adjust or remove the free shipping rule.

  1. Save Changes:

Ensure that you save any changes made.

This should restore the shipping fee for orders that don’t meet the free shipping threshold.
