Our store is saying free shipping for purchase over $50 but nothing is setup for that

Our store is saying free shipping for purchase over $50 but we did not setup anything like that, and when they checkout, its not applying the fee shipping and its confusing our customers. Please help,

As mentioned by, @AvadaCommerce , please share your store URL with us so we can help you investigate where this shipping message is originating.

You also mentioned your store displays this shipping promotion, but it does not actually apply in the checkout so I might assume it has been added via the Theme Editor or a third-party app.

Let us know which theme you are using and include a screenshot of the shipping message, and I’m sure we can help you sort this out.
