Shipping is being charged even after meeting the free shipping threshold

Hi new Shopify store owner here. I just launched my site yesterday and I noticed my customers are getting charged for shipping even after they have met the set free shipping threshold. Any suggestions on what to check to fix this issue??

Firstly, congratulations on launching your store, that’s very exciting! In order to narrow down the issue, are you able to confirm whether you are offering free shipping via discount code, or directly from your shipping rate?

If you are offering free shipping via a discount code, you will want to make sure that all of your eligible products are included and that it is available to all your customers. You can confirm these settings by heading over to the discount page in your admin.

If you are offering free shipping via shipping rates, you will also want to ensure that all of your products are included in your shipping profile, and that you have the free shipping option enabled.

When you say “all your products are included in your shipping profile” to ensure free shipping,

can you walk me thru it because I did everThing above and is still charging shipping after meeting the amount order
