Dear Shopify,

I placed an order for a product from a shop.

Hours after placing it the store just vanished.

I have received a order confirmation but the link does not work anymore.

I have no way of getting the order URL to fillout a complaint form for fraud.

I contacted my bank but they cant refund IDeal transfers.

Is there a way you can internally re-open the store so I can get my order information to file for fraud.

I’d really like my money back.

To me it seems impossible that its legal to open a store, take people’s money. Close it.

And then just have no consequences at all.

If Shopify allows this then I have no clue how you guys are still in business.

Would love some help with this issue.
