I’ve been using Shop Pay for a long time and have had no problems. I noticed the past few weeks that my sales have plummeted, and my abandoned cart rate is huge. I decided to do a test checkout. What I noticed is that while it recognizes me, it is saying that my billing address is wrong (it isn’t). I even tried updating it. Still says it’s wrong. I’ve deactivated it as a payment option for now.
Has anyone else had issues with this?
