I have recently launched my first shopify store which was designed and developed by Fiverr developers ( provided them with limited access, no user related access ). It was operational for few weeks. on 24th April onwards I was not able to login to the store as it was showing following message:
here’s a problem loading this page> Your account doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.
Support has raised a ticket and on the next day received an email from legal team requesting to submit set of documents to verify as I’m the owner of the store ( I have already submitted these documents previous when I initially set up the store ), to date I haven’t received any communication from the legal team and its a shame!
I have spent close to 1K developing the website having the intension to market my products, now I do not have sales, time been wasted and no response from Shopify. Is this how they work as a professional organization?
If things are like this should have selected some other platform which deliver value for money!
Has anyone in here had the same issue? what was the steps taken ? how long does legal team takes to respond or is there any other communication methods to contact them directly?
any help is appreciated.
