Hello. I had a payout going into my shopify balance account today. The store bill was also due today. I planned on using the payout to pay the bill, but it ended up frozen before the payout hit. Regardless, I paid the bill. But now the shopify balance payout just says “paid” but it has not appeared in my balance yet. My payouts typically arrive at 1 AM specifically. I understand that a short few hour delay is possible, but could the transfer have processed while my shopify balance account was frozen? If so would this cause it to bounce or have a significant delay? Its 4 AM est and it hasn’t arrived yet.

We are also having issues with frozen payouts. The balance keeps building rather than triggering a ‘payout’. We have also had contact from a customer that a refund has been ‘rejected’. I think this is connected with the balance being frozen
