I had a pending payout scheduled for today, but my store was also scheduled to be frozen today due to an unpaid bill. I had read that frozen stores still dish out any payouts that are supposed to happen, so I just wanted to check again with the community to make sure this is the case? I’m really strapped for cash, and plan to pay the account bills with the payout and get things back in motion.

If your account has been frozen, you will still receive any Shopify Payments payouts owed to you as long as there isn’t an issue with your Shopify Payments account. If, for any reason, you don’t receive your payout as expected you’ll want to reach out to our support team here so that we can look into it. We aren’t able to see your account information here over the Shopify Community, but if there are any issues with your payouts and you contact us through the page I shared, our support team would be happy to review it with you in more detail.
If you’re trying to contact Shopify Support and having trouble logging into your account on the page I shared, you can click the Can’t log in to your Shopify account > I still can’t access my account buttons to continue to our available support options.

How long it takes to receive payouts is determined by a few factors, like your region and your payout schedule. You can learn more about viewing and scheduling payouts in this guide. Hey, My account got frozen due to unpaid bill. How long will it keep frozen my account without losing any datas and my website? Currently I’m not capable of paying my bill due to some reasons (Business was not profitable and I need to understand the market and need to do some campaigns as well). I will pay and reactivate my account once I’m ready to continue my store. Then how long my account can keep frozen without the account termination?

That is a great question! Shopify does not automatically delete frozen stores. If you are unable to pay your bill - the Shopify store will freeze. With that being said, you can reactivate the store at any time by paying the outstanding charges.
