Shopify charged me $105 after I closed store

Hi! I hope that someone can help me. I closed my Shopify store a few weeks ago along with the apps and canceled all of my subscriptions. I just got charged $105 to my credit card. I am sure that I had no chargebacks. I can’t log in to view my account since it’s closed and when I try, it tells me to pick a plan. Please help! I don’t want to keep getting these charges and also want my $105 back.

Since this is an account issue, it would be best to reach out to Shopify support team. You do not need to access your store. You just need to log in to your Shopify help center with your Shopify account. If you cannot access your store, this prompt will also appear. You can also contact them via their Email support.

I am having the same issue. I can’t even log in to the original account. So I had to create one just to speak with a live person but I can’t bypass the bot. It keeps asking and saying the same stuff over and over again regardless how many time i ask to speak with an advisor or the amount of time i have answered all its questions. It just keep repeating the same things. So can a live person hep me?

Hi. For me, I found out that the charge of $105 was for a trial for a different store that I did. It’s been a long time so I forgot how I got them on the phone. But I definitely did somehow so don’t give up!!
