In general, Shopify Payments payouts run separate of an account subscription status. This means that as long as there is no other reason for the payout not being released (such as a chargeback, or a reserve on the account, for example), the money will still be deposited. That being said, if you are not sure why your store has become inactive, my best advice is to reach out to our Support team directly for further information. At this time, we can’t provide account-specific support on the Shopify Community. However, we’d be happy to look into this further with you through live chat, email or callback.
