So randomly shopify turned my store inactive, and I just got an email saying that money will be withdrawn from my bank account. My first payout was sent a few days ago and now they’re withdrawing the money back. What is going on? I didn’t get an email saying anything about the status of my store, shopify payment or anything.

I’ve been waiting for a reply via email. What about my pending payouts? I had 2 pending payouts before ya’ll closed my store. Plus I was never given a reason or explanation on why the store was closed.

With the pending payouts, our team will also be able to check this from our end. So awaiting the reply from our internal team will be the best course of action here, as they will have secure access to your account and provide you with information on your pending payouts.
Shopify closed my store without any reason, plus took my money too £300 pounds gone with no reason whatsoever and noww they threatening me that they will withdraw my money from my account without my consent. All that time to create an account with them down the drain too. I need my money back! that was legit money for a service customer received!
