The email template can be customized.

Find the marketing template from shopify marketing.

Open and Edit it , Then you can see edit email
- Then you may be need to add some customization liquid code to implement your needs

You can find and translate it from Online Store > Themes > Edit default theme content
Search “unsubscribe” then you can see and edit
