My store is locked due to billing issues. Now whenever I try to contact supoort, my help centre page throws an error. Is shopify trying to prevent me from getting support on the bill? My account has been locked for a few days. Please fix asap.
Did you try to access authenticated support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center, type into the AI chat “contact support” and follow the prompts to get connected to the support team. You should be also assigned to the queue.
