Shopify Inbox Chat Icon not clickable

I downloaded the Shopify Inbox App, so I could open the chat for my customers.

Everything was fine, I updatet to my language, I changed colours to my liking.

Then I activated the icon, refreshed my page and there it was my little beautiful chat button. Only Problem is that i cannot click on it, it appears it even shows the number one for one message, but its not clickable.

I contacted chat and even email support, so they sended me here. So please can some of you experts, help me with my issue, greatly apreciated.

I’m sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your Shopify Inbox button, as I know how important this tool is to communicate with your customers. While this can occur for many reasons, I will do my best to point you in the right direction. Are you able to confirm whether or not you made any changes to your themes code that you believe could cause this error to occur? Do you have any apps that may interfere with the functionality of Shopify Inbox?

Another option is to reinstall the app to ensure that the coding has not been modified and that you are viewing the most up-to-date version. If the issue persists, feel free to share your store URL so that I can take a closer look.

After contacting support, even developers and nobody could help. So I
decided to use another app.

I already tried to uninstall reinstall, who knows whats the issue.

With that being said, I have flagged this instance with our internal team in hopes to isolate the potential issue. While there hasn’t been any other reports of this occurring, we will do our best to mitigate it and I will update you here.
