Shopify is not working in Safari browser

In MacBook Air On Safari Browser after login to Shopify store it wont show anything? i cant access shopify online store in safari browser. any one help me with this please

Typical things to start with is to clear your cache in your browser.

  1. Disable Safari Extensions:

    • Some Safari extensions can interfere with website functionality. Disable extensions to see if they are causing the issue.
    • Go to “Safari” > “Preferences” > “Extensions” and disable all extensions.

  2. Update Safari:

    • Ensure that your Safari browser is up to date. You can check for updates in the App Store.

  3. Try Private Browsing:

    • Open a new Private Window in Safari (File > New Private Window) and try accessing your Shopify store.

I checked Shopify’s status page and nothing appears to be wrong on their end or at least not reported yet.

Thank you for reaching out, I am sorry you are having troubles with accessing Shopify on the Safari browser.

I recommend clearing your cache/cookies and browser history first, and if that does not work I recommend downloading a new browser on your computer such as Google Chrome as our platform performs very well on this browser.

Today I am having issues with changing stores while using safari - it was working fine yesterday. I have cleared the cache/history and browser is unto date. On chrome I can change stores so why is safari not suddenly working. Please help

I am having a similar problem! I cant download any images onto my computer from my products.. says the store doesn’t work with safari? thanks
