Hi, hope someone can help! I’m having trouble logging into my account using Safari on my MacBook. It works on Chrome but not on Safari. Already tried clearing cache/history but didn’t work.. thanks!
Clear your cache and cookies on the browser. After this, completely reboot the browser. Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.

Hi Olivia, I already tried those TS prior to posting here, and still not working.
My Safari version is Version 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.6)

Based on my research it looks like there is a newer update since the 15.4 version of Safari. Can you please run an update and double check to see if the issue persists at that point?
