Greetings, we have uploaded some videos but when trying to add more Shopify shows an error stating that the video validation has failed. We are far from reaching the number of allowed videos, and have already tried with smaller videos and using different browsers, still no luck. This is a very frustrating issue, please advice

May I ask if you have picked a Shopify plan yet?
I know that this happens to some users, and they realize that if you’re still on trial and haven’t picked a plan yet, it won’t let you upload any videos.
In short, pick a plan with Shopify and start uploading
