I am trying to upload a product video on “upload files” but it does not allow me.
The video is only 6.8MB, but it still says "‘a123 (video-converter.com).mp4’ failed to upload
This file format is not supported on a trial plan. Learn more about supported file formats."
I have tried so many ways but it does not work.
I have also been doing the proper steps: Settings → Files → Upload files and still does not allow me.
Please assist me ASAP.

The reason why you are seeing this error is that your store appears to be on a trial plan. You do not have the ability to upload any video content to your products unless you are on a paid plan. Once you have subscribed to a plan you will have access to upload .mp4 files.
On a trial plan, you can upload only the following file formats:
I wanted to ask if you have given any thought as to which plan you will choose when you are ready to launch and start making sales? We have a few options available but I always encourage merchants who are new to the e-commerce world to choose the Basic Plan at $29 USD per month. Just something to think about!
Choosing an annual billing period can also save you a fair amount on subscription costs. When did this start occurring? Have you tried uploading via a different browser also?
Hi, If I just pick a plane during my trail is that can fix this problem or I need to wait until the free trail ends ?
note: I have 90day free trial.

because u want to pay for the shopify plan and in the trail plan we can’t insert some formats like mp4
