Been talking to support for 2 weeks now, just to stop charging me as i just found out that i’ve been charged $14.50 monthly. Provided them with all the details, and they still can’t figure where it’s going from. i haven’t ever launched a store and it’s just been paying for a year. I know i won’t get a refund but, atleast take my card off, while on the process i got charged for march. While i’m struggling to meet ends meet, I can’t shale this off. Any ideas how i can escalate this?
I’ve provided my card number, all the shopify invoice number with dates and charge. it should’nt take this long.

To expedite the resolution process, please ensure you provide the invoice number (Shopify invoice number (It will appear as SHOPIFY* 123456789, we need all 9 digits) associated with the charges debited from your account, along with a screenshot of the billing statement. This statement should clearly display the same invoice number, charges, and the date when the charge was processed.
By furnishing these details, we can escalate the issue to our internal team. This will not only help us resolve the current matter but also prevent any recurring charges in the future.
