Shopify I do not have a store, why have you been charging me for a year for an imaginary store??? I’ve already submitted to stop charges but you are still charging me! What in the ever living world is wrong with you??? Thanks have a blessed day.

If you’re still being charged by Shopify without an active store, it’s likely a store was never fully deactivated or your card is linked to another account. Visit the Shopify Help Center, select “I can’t access my account”, and contact live support. Provide a billing screenshot and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card for verification—they can remove your card from all stores and stop charges. Don’t wait—this needs direct support action.
