shopify payments are pending

i have been waiting for my payments for 1 month

support have been saying to keep an eye out for an email from support to see what is needed

on the other hand my account status is well and every thing is looking good

payment status showing pending , but not getting them as they dont show in transit.

i have been moved around by support for to long , as i seems like i am not going to get my payments ever .

has any one solved this issue in the past ?

 I am a victim like you and the support team does not accept any document I send or my support request is closed.
