so verify couldnt verify my identity and my mistake is that i put my representative name on shopify isnt my full name, and my passport is my full name so whenever i upload my documents they couldnt verify my name because i didnt put my full name on the shopify payments representative

SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS DO NOT WORK - MY CUSTOMER CANNOT PAY ME BECAUSE IT WILL NOT VERIFY THEIR IDENTITY - Can I PLEASE get a customer service rep to help me solve this before I flip out?
