SHOPIFY PAYMENTS ON HOLD/BUSINESS VERIFICATION

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Justin Talbott and I am the owner of an online store called “Protect Your Peace.” I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am having with my store’s payments.

I recently received a notification that my payment is on hold and it appears to be related to verification issues. My developer initially set up the store, but now I am encountering difficulties as the system is asking for my developer’s social security number.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue and get my business information situated so that I can avoid these types of issues in the future.

The Shopify Payments account information needs to be updated to your details since you’re the account and store owner. This can’t be done in the admin and can only be updated with the help of our support team, so we need you to create a support ticket. Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.

After visiting the link and logging in, you’ll be prompted to select the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team. For your concern, please click Money > Shopify Payments. Once you do, you’ll be able to find the options for support below the help docs that are presented to you.

Shopify Payment and Merchant Trust Team are the lower part of society, they frozed 70,000 eur for no reason. I just booked my flight to Ottawa Shopify office and Will go there face to face.

Were you able to solve this? I have the same problem, they don’t even answer emails from Shopify Merchant..
