Shopify payments on hold for 120 days for no reason

I received an email on 8th May saying they were holding my funds 13.5k for 120 days and disabling my shopify payments for absolutely no reason at all. No refunds ever issued or charge backs. I have appealed that very same day and still going on 7 weeks still haven’t received a reply. Due to shopify holding my payments I now cannot fulfil these orders but as my account is still under review it won’t let me issue refunds.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you get this resolved?

Hi thanks for your response. Yes I am looking for some advice as I have done everything requested of me, reached out to support numerous times and I still haven’t received a response from the department that has done this.
