I completed the setup of Shopify Payments days ago now, everything went well and I was able to activate it correctly. Unfortunately though despite checking 1000 times (yes Shopify Payments is enabled in my country and my card is valid) the option to be able to pay with it does not appear during checkout, or at least it appears when I put the trial mode but as soon as I remove it shopify payments keeps not coming up as a payment option during Checkout despite being enabled

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’m happy to provide some assistance with Shopify Payments, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are customers not being provided the option to enter their credit card details when checking out?
To share some insight, Shopify Payments accepts all major credit cards (i.e Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc) at checkout. There wouldn’t however, be an option to individually select what credit card you’d like to complete your purchase with.
In the case you’re not seeing the credit card option within the Payment section of the checkout process (as per screenshot), please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow for our advisor team to take a closer, as we don’t have access to any account specific information through the Community.
