Does anyone know why when Shopify Updates the POS App it only ever changes the way things are laid out and how to select things not actually updating and changes to make the app actually better. New update as of yesterday and now when going to add an item to the cart you either have to push a little plus button on the side or when you click the item it opens a whole other page then to add it, and also now when you go to add a customer it doesn’t start in the search bar it defaults to adding a new customer and half the time the search wont bring up any customers.

Came here to discuss the same issues. The interface used to be much more efficient, now I find myself tapping 2+ times more to do the same thing. It is extremely frustrating and instead of speeding up the experience as Shopify claims it would, it’s actually slowing us down by a lot. The only workaround I see is making every product an individual listing so I can just tap the + which is way too much. We have some products with 100+ variants in multiple listings for sake of ease and organization not only in POS but our website.
