I am trying to set up my shop for Facebook & Instagram. I entered my personal Facebook account, and it has a green check. But when I go to the next section, Business Assets, it says I cannot select my business Facebook and Instagram because I am not an admin. I am the only owner so I should not have this problem. In Facebook, I am listed as Full Control. Please help!

I would like to advise that issues associated with permissions to connect an account during onboarding is solely supported by Meta. This means that you will need to contact their support team directly to look into the issue to grant you access so that you’re able to connect your account.
To get in touch with their support team, please follow the steps below:
- From your Shopify admin, head to the Facebook & Instagram Sales Channel section.
- Within the section, click Get Support.
- Choose the topic: Accounts, connections and permissions.
- You will then be prompted to log into your Facebook account.
- Outline your issue in the submission box, and a chat or email option will appear for you to select to connect with Meta’s support team.

Hi Victoria, I have a similar issue but when I select get support snd enter my details I receive a message saying I do not have access. Even though it says I have full access on Meta Business Manager. There seems to be no way for me to contact them.
Acabo de pasar por esto ahora mismo y no sé qué hacer. Me dice que no soy el administrador de esa página pero sà soy. Soy el creador y andministrador. Me permite entrar a mi cuenta personal pero luego no me permite conectar el Facebook porque “no soy el admin” y que le pida al administrador que me otorgue el permiso. No sé qué hacer. ¿Me limitará esto la tienda? ¿Debo cancelar todo?
