Shopify shut down my store. Stole my money. Support are ignoring me

Shopify Stole my money. Shut down my store. Support ignoring me. I really wish I would have looked in shopify community before trying to better my life. I always get crapped on when I try to change my life via something online. My first store ever finally had my first ever order. Shopify flagged it as HIGH fraud risk. I contacted shopify live chat. The support agent there, “Jane M” said, “3:59 Jane M (Support Advisor): You can always cancel the order and refund the customer” and after I told them I canceled said, “4:11 Jane M (Support Advisor): That’s smart thinking. For you to work on cancelling the order please go to Orders > select order > More Actions > Cancel order” Even though I already did it. Then they said I’d have to pay a CC fee, “4:21 Jane M (Support Advisor): The $11.31 is the transaction fees that merchants shoulders when getting online orders using any credit card.”

I checked my store a few hours later and someone set it to inactive/closed. I can’t reopen it to get proof of a fraud order for my bank to deal with this. I went back to shopify support(live chat is 100% gone now almost like they blocked me from using it even though I was really nice until today). So I went to make an email. This time Paige C(shopify risk operations support) replied, "

Paige here from Shopify Support.

I had a look and can see our Business Operations team reached out at ticket number d14d4c03-77ba-4005-b35d-e362f2e38c6d.

They are there to answer any questions you may have about anything in the email, and are your best point of contact for everything mentioned, so we recommend replying back to the email directly. Us Support Advisors are great for solving more general questions you might have, but when it comes to this they’ll have more context and information." Shopify doesnt seem to have a “ticket” area so I asked where I was supposed to use that. She replied saying put it in my email search. The only email that came up was the one she just sent me with the ticket number. Yes I checked junk mail and trash. In other words. Shopify Business Operations team did NOT “reach out to me”. Then she replied, “I have CC’d our Trust and Safety team on this thread here. Please be assured they are going to reach out once they land on this email.” There was no link. Did she mean to hyperlink the word, “here” to somewhere? Again nobody emailed or called me other than her.

One Day after her last email(July 1st 2022) My bank charged me a transfer fee because I didn’t have 282 in my checkings. Apparently shopify kept the $270 the fraud customer gave them that I never got AND then took ANOTHER $270 out of my bank account. I understand I need to pay the CC fees of $11.31 but why did shopify shut down my store without talking with me, block me from live chat, and steal money they were CLEARLY not authorized to take from my bank account? They took around $540 for a fraud order that was $270. Meanwhile they are ignoring me. Why??? I want my money back and I swear to god If they charge me for shopify sub after they closed my store I’m sueing. @John2022
