Shopify store is showing blank from after accepting ownership

I created a Shopify Partner Account and developed a store under that account. Once the store was ready, I attempted to transfer its ownership to my client mail, since this was intended to be the store owner’s account.

However, the email already had about 6–7 active stores and had previously subscribed to a $1 plan. After completing the ownership transfer, I noticed that the store disappeared from my Partner Dashboard, but it also didn’t appear under the new owner’s account.

I would like to clarify the following:

  1. After ownership transfer, where exactly does the store appear in the owner’s account?

  2. Could the existing stores or pre-purchased plan be interfering with the visibility of the newly transferred store?

  3. How can I regain access or locate the transferred store under the owner’s account?

After ownership transfer, the store should appear in the new owner’s Shopify admin.
