Shopify support escalation

We have an outstanding ticket that hasn’t been resolved for several months.
Issues regarding account business owners and downgrading the Shopify plan.
Is there a way to escalate this issue with support?
We have been communicating with different reps and not getting a satisfying solution so far..

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been having issues, while I do not work for Shopify I hope that they manage to resolve your issues as soon as possible. Generally it is best to contact them with all the relevant information so that they are able to process it in a fast manner.
