Does anyone how to contact billing regarding an escalate ticket? Shopify is still taking money from my bank even after I shut down my Shopify in May. Every day i try to follow up through the chat and every day I have to repeat everything that i have done and sent in the last 3 days. I keep getting told it has been escalated and yet i cannot get any further than this.
