Just like the title says, I’m trying to fulfill refunded orders to have them removed from the fulfill list, but Shopify won’t do it, even if I press all buttons correctly.
I can’t find how to chat with Customer Support. This is a technical issue. All I can find are pre-written answers that lead me to the forums.
I found this thread with the same issue, but nobody replied to it:
It’s from 2020 and nobody has taken care of it.
Could someone help solve this issue?

Same issue here. We have 3 returned/canceled local pickup orders and even when unarchiving the orders it will not allow us to edit (because they’re local pickup - Why?).
The issue comes down to all of our notification badges in apps, and in the desktop app account for the orders that are unfilled… So in this case its 3 orders that shouldn’t be shown in the badge next to “Orders”.
Same problem, customer made mistaken orde, so refunded and canceled, but the unfulfilled status remains with no option to clear it causing it to remain highlighted as unfulfilled in my order que which is really obnoxious. Please correct this shopify!
