My Shopify store has been frozen for 13 days with no clear reason, even though I’ve reached out to support multiple times to either unfreeze the store or release my domain. Every time, I’m assured the issue will be escalated to the accounts team, but I’ve still received no response. This delay is seriously hindering my ability to launch my business.
