Shopify's SSL is not working with GoDaddy's SSL

My site was working with Shopify’s SSL earlier but once I purchased an SSL from GoDaddy, Shopify pulled that SSL. Now the issue is I revoked GoDaddy’s SSL and now Shopify is not able to apply their SSL on the site, the site is still showing the GoDaddy’s revoked SSL. What could be the possible issue, my DNS settings are: A record points to 23.227.38.65 CName - shops.myshopify.com

I understand that you purchased a SSL from GoDaddy and replaced the Shopify SSL, and now the Shopify SSL isn’t able to be applied to your custom domain. You may be able to trigger the system to try applying the SSL by disconnecting the domain on Shopify and then reconnecting it. Did you try reconnecting the domain already?

If reconnecting the domain isn’t able to resolve this issue, then our Technical team will need to take a closer look at your account in order to resolve the problem. While we’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we’d be happy to further assist you with this through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.

I have been in touch with chat support and it’s been 2 weeks since my site is down.

We’re unable to access your account on the Shopify Community and see when you got in touch with our live support team. Can you confirm when you raised this issue with our live support team?

If you got in touch with us yesterday, then it can take a couple of business days for our Technical team to investigate the issue and get back to you. However, if it’s been more than a couple of business days since reaching out, then please get in touch with our live support team again and we’ll be able to check on the status of your support ticket.
