Show in stock / backordered in Order Confirmation email?

I want to add extra information in a order confirmation email when the order has a product which is back ordered.

It’s possible if so let me know..

Any idea?

Arigato Workflows can do this (send a follow-up Email when order items are out of stock), we’d love to use Flow for it but haven’t sorted out how yet.
