Our ecom store is currently delivering all products in Bangalore but we can only send limited products outside Bangalore for which shipping charges are different. I tried to make a different zone but when any customer from Bangalore places an order, two shipping charges got added.
Any plug-in or other way, i can solve this problem.

I understand that you are currently fulfilling orders in Bangalore but are only able to sell certain products outside of Bangalore due to shipping charges being different. In order to solve this, you will need to adjust your shipping profiles and create separate shipping rates based on the shipping destination. This will ensure that customers in Bangalore will be charged a specific rate for the product and others will be charged the international rate. Here are the steps on how to do so:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
In Custom shipping rates for products, click Create new profile.
Enter a name for the profile.
In the Products section, use the search bar to add products to the shipping profile.
Address any changes you need to make to your locations. Refer to Manage your locations for more information.
For each shipping zone that you want in your shipping profile, complete the following steps:
In Shipping to, click Create shipping zone.
Name the shipping zone.
Select the countries or regions that are part of the zone, and then click Done.
For each shipping rate you want in the zone, click Add rate, choose the rate’s details, and then click Done.
Click Save.
You can also take this one step further and set country specific products and currencies through filtering customers by their IP Address. So, if you’re wanting a customer from a certain country would only be able to view specific products that are available to their region. You can check out an app called Advanced Store Localization which may offer the functionalities necessary for you to accomplish this, or browse our other geolocation apps that offer similar functionalities.
