Site won’t load on desktop browser, mobile is fine. Please help.

With regards to, “dreampond.com”, I was able to reach the website on my computer without any issues. I have also reached it seamlessly on a different device. I am hopeful that the issue is fixed. If not however, can you please try the following local troubleshooting steps on your end:
- clear cache and cookies
- go into private/incognito mode
- try a different browser/device
- try a different wifi connection
Please let me know if you see any of these make any changes on your end.

The site won’t load in Firefox, even clear all data and cookies.
Chrome works fine.
I just unintalled firefox and re-installed with a fresh version of firefox, the web site still won’t load.
This is the error message:

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

As per your last message, give the last option a try with regards to the firewall settings in your Firefox browser as it seems to be a local issue. I have found this link from Firefox where you can enter your device details and they will inform you on how to modify these firewall settings.
I have also tried to visit the site using Safari and was able to reach it without any issues so the domain is active for people to visit.
