Do you mean the homepage slider or the product page slider? Brooklyn’s homepage slider section is not responsive, unfortunately. There is not a simple way to fix this, the entire slider would require an overhaul to work responsively.
With that being said, there are copy/paste slider sections like this that work out of the box on the Brooklyn theme, they’re responsive and mobile first.
If you meant the product page slider for the product page images, you can take a look into this tutorial.
