Still no blog comment notifications?

still waiting for this feature. this is so basic, i can’t understand how it doesn’t already exist.

i just want a simple notification if someone comments on a blog post.

I don’t have an answer for you, @50percent . Just adding my 2 cents to help this get noticed. Timely responses to blog comments are important, and the only notification is on the bottom of my admin page. Not good enough! And I agree, $3/month, for an app to send me an email when I get a comment is not what I want to do.

Happy to chime in here too - I also have this issue - it is not a lot of work to add this - and it should not be an additional cost. Does anyone have an update on this? Is Shopify planning to correct this problem?

I’m also wondering if people who comment, are notified when we write an answer comment?

I’m just here to add my frustration as well. This is such a basic “feature”, the problem shouldn’t even exist.

Agreed. Notifications of new blog comments is a basic feature that should be included.

Hey, we were frustrated by this too. We found an app: Sunny Blog Commenter, it’s like $2.99 a month. Works great.
